The governance system and control environment of a firm must be reviewed, especially in the context of organisational change (for example a public listing, merger or leadership succession). We analyse the company’s practices vis-à-vis its strategic aspirations, benchmark them against peer practices, and develop detailed recommendations followed by an action plan. We have developed specific methodologies for financial institutions in which regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations are specifically reflected.
